Role and responsibility : Scouting, screening and reporting of talented football players inBelgium for Panna Sports Agency or strategic partners.

• Screening, scouting and reporting of elite youth players starting from U15 and age categories above in a designated territory

• Screening, scouting and reporting of national youth selections of Belgium starting from U15

• Recruiting of players after positive feedback from the scouting department

• Player management of recruited players

• Representation of the agency with the same core values and philosophy

• Building a strong network and maintain good relationships with : clubs / youth academies /sports directors / coaches

More specifically, the duties consist of following :

• Database management of the screened players

• Weekly video meetings with scouting department from the agency

• Monthly office meeting and evaluations about the process

Remuneration :

• Travel and representation costs will be covered by the agency

• Possibility to attend all level of scouting and talent-ID courses (IPSO)
